Train: Most public transport travellers from the Perth CBD to Scarborough Beach start at the Perth Train Station and get off at the Glendalough Train Station; then transfer to bus 400 along Scarborough Beach Road. At peak hour make sure you're not on an express train which does not stop at Glendalough.  Alternatively you can get on public bus 400 just west of the Perth Train station for all bus travel directly to Scarborough Beach where the public bus terminates, waits a while and returns along Scarborough Beach Road to the Perth CBD.
